Recognizing the need for technical sewing skills, we created the 18-month "Avodah Way" vocational training program. This initiative equips at-risk women in Cambodia with garment sewing training, general skills, and safe employment. Our goal is to empower these women with the technical, business, and social skills needed to excel in the export garment manufacturing industry.

Avodah Manufacturing (Cambodia) collaborates with social justice and rescue agencies to support women rescued from trafficking and exploitation. These women receive counseling, education, and health support before joining our nurturing, supportive work environment for training and employment.
Graduates are employed in our sewing center or placed in similar ethical garment factories. We invite passionate individuals to partner with us and make a difference in the lives of women in Cambodia. Together, we can provide a way out of poverty.
