Refund policy

For private label purchases, we offer refunds or exchanges for items returned within 10 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached. Contact us for a return form and number. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are applied to the original method of purchase.

Returns

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange and as such, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange where goods:

- Are returned to us within 10 days of delivery
- Are accompanied with your proof of purchase
- Are returned in their original, saleable condition with the original tags attached
- Have not been worn, washed or damaged; and
- A Return Authorisation (RA) Number has been approved and is accompanied by your return form (sent with your original order)

How to return or exchange:

Contact us via email (hello@avodahglobal.org) to request a return authorisation (RA) form and number. Please confirm whether you wish to exchange for an alternative size or return as a refund. Once your return/exchange has been approved, we will email you with an RA number and returns form. Please complete the returns form and post with your goods to:

Please note: we strongly recommend using a traceable method (i.e. Express Post) when returning goods to Avodah Global. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items are considered the responsibility of the customer.
